		<description>Dear Readers,
Karen and her book are both amazing. Before I found &quot;Enemy Within&quot;, I was mostly in a poor me state. Yes there is pain and no cure at this time. But after three years of self destruct mode, this incredible and beautiful book has put me on a new path.
Being positive even in the worst of times I manage to get through it each time now.
I keep Karen&#039;s book on my coffee table and pick it up each time I think my life is getting worse. I really support the Arthritis Advocacy and all Karen has shared about her disease and family life. A lot of which I can relate to.
Blessings to all
