Hi, just found your site via Creaky Joints. I have been looking for a face-to-face support group. It looks convenient from Grand Central. Travel into the city from Westchester when I’m not feeling 100% is challenging, but perhaps a good idea if I can meet some of “our own”! Do you typically get a lot of people to come to these meetings? Thanks…

Thanks for the email. The size of the group varies depending on the time of the year and the weather. I have a core group and then others join through Meet Up or word of mouth. On January 25 i am hoping to get 6 or more. It is casual, but I think supportive and friendly. I understand traveling is hard, but we’d love to welcome you to our group.

Hi Karen, thanks for the info. Well, it looks like the weather will be pretty good for tomorrow so I’ll really try to make it! I see it’s 2 long ave’s to the restaurant from GCS but depending on how long the taxi line is, I may walk it. Since I’m not a “city girl” maybe when we’re done for the night, someone can help me hail a cab outside the restaurant for the trip back?! I look forward to meeting everyone!
